Come to Shasta Lake. Located in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest in Northern California. Just 20 miles north of Redding. This is where you will find Shasta Marina Resort and the most luxurious houseboats imaginable. The object is to experience this rugged and remote wilderness in comfort and style. Shasta’s boats are the equivalent of a quality home, floating in nature’s paradise.
With 370 miles of mountainous, forested shoreline, it is truly the perfect houseboating lake. The major tributaries, the Sacramento River, the McCloud River, the Pitt River and the Squaw Creek are brought together by Shasta Dam to form this incredible recreational wonder. There are hundreds of coves for mooring your floating lodge overnight and long channels with islands and inlets for cruising and adventuring during the day.
Shasta is a full service marina. You will find gas, ice, and a convenience store where souvenirs, stylish clothing, such as Rusty shirts and shorts, Reef sandals and Aaron Chang board shorts are offered. There are wakeboard rentals and sales, bait and tackle, beer, wine, soda, snacks, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream!
The water is warm, clear and calm, perfect for swimming, skiing and wakeboarding. The fish are abundant. Bass tournaments are hosted during the spring and fall. Trout, Crappie, Catfish and Sturgeon are also plentiful. Hiking and mountain bike trails are maintained and are accessible by boat.
The summers at Shasta Lake are almost always hot and sunny with average temperatures ranging between the 90s and the 100s. Water temperatures range from mid 70s to 80s. Enjoy your favorite water activities or the peace and solitude found in secluded coves along 370 miles of scenic shoreline.
All boats have state rooms, two baths, elegantly equipped kitchens, hot tubs, fireplaces, central air and heat, swim slides, entertainment centers include self tracking satellite televisions with premium channels, surround sound satellite radio, and DVD.

Reservation Policy
A reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of a Reservation/Security deposit and a signed Rental Agreement. The deposit amount is $750. The full rental is due and payable 75 days prior to boarding.
Cancellation Policy
Any Cancellation which is received (in writing) 90 or more days prior to the scheduled boarding date, will result in a refund of your booking deposit less a $ 375.00 service charge per houseboat. Any Cancellation received between 75 and 90 days prior to the scheduled boarding date will result in a loss of the entire deposit. Any Cancellation received less than 75 days prior to the scheduled boarding date will result in a loss of the your entire deposit and rental fees. If the houseboat(s) is/are re-rented, your payment(s), less a $750.00 service charge per houseboat will be refunded.
