This peaceful home away from home will have you relaxing in style. This houseboat includes the following: The interior features generous lounge, dining and galley areas. Sleeps up to 12 people. Leisure areas include front deck, rear deck and large sundeck. Dual location controls: you can drive the boat from inside or up on the top deck. Kitchen appliances include oven, range, refrigerator and water heater. Galley stocked with utensils, cutlery, cookware and dinnerware. Bathroom or head includes flushing toilet, sink, shower/tub and vanit.y Generous drawer and closet storage located throughout the boat. Other standard equipment includes swim slide, gas barbecue, large ice chest and comfortable home-like furnishings.

Reservation Policy

Deposit is due at the time of booking ($500 or $300 per boat), the balance is to be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to the booked departure date.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit/prepayment is refundable less a $150 handling fee if the reservation is cancelled 60 or more prior to the checkout date. If the cancellation occurs less than 60 but more than 30 days prior to the check out date, the deposit and half of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the checkout date, the deposit and the rental fee will be forfeited. FAILURE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-OUT DATE will automatically cancel the reservation, and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
