Roosevelt Recreational Enterprises has been in houseboating operation since 1984, making it the oldest houseboat rentals marina on Lake Roosevelt. They are the first two service ports on the lake, with the largest fleet of house boats, and are located in the heart of the magic wilderness known as Coulee Dam National Recreation Area. Their houseboats are comfortable vacation homes on pontoons, custom built specifically for Lake Roosevelt. The design objectives are space, comfort, convenience, and safety and are the perfect watercrafts for cruising the 630 miles of shoreline that stretches north to the Canadian border. There are hundreds of secluded beaches, coves, and inlets. Privacy is in abundance, and serenity is easy to come by.

Lake Roosevelt is the perfect location for swimming, fishing, water skiing, or for just lying around and relaxing. There are several campground areas that are only accessible by boat, and many have swim beaches and playground equipment. While exploring the beaches, mountains, and forests there is a good chance you will encounter deer, elk or even see a bald eagle while on Lake Roosevelt.

You might find that the most rewarding adventure on Lake Roosevelt is just taking it easy. However, you can enrich yourself with some local history at the visitor’s center in the old guard house, try your hand at the Coulee Dam Casino, visit The Hard Dock Café for some international cuisine or just an appetizer, and with some advance notice Deer Meadows Golf Course will pick you up for a round of golf.

Reservation Policy

Deposit is due at the time of booking ($500 or $300 per boat), the balance is to be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to the booked departure date.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit/prepayment is refundable less a $150 handling fee if the reservation is cancelled 60 or more prior to the checkout date. If the cancellation occurs less than 60 but more than 30 days prior to the check out date, the deposit and half of the total rental fee will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the checkout date, the deposit and the rental fee will be forfeited. FAILURE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-OUT DATE will automatically cancel the reservation, and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
