Reservation Policy
Houseboat reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. No reservation will be held without full payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will recieve an 80% refund. Cancellations received 89-31 days prior to scheduled arrival will receieve a 50% refund. Cancellations receieved less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will not receieve a refund. Refunds are not offered for early check-outs.
