Reservation Policy
Houseboat reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. No reservation will be held without full payment. A $1000.00 refundable deposit taken upon check in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will recieve an 80% refund. Cancellations received 89-31 days prior to scheduled arrival will receieve a 50% refund. Cancellations receieved less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will not receieve a refund. Refunds are not offered for early check-outs.
