This 2005 Sumerset Houseboat is 16' x 83' and features four bedrooms (one king, three queens) and two full baths. Lower cuddy includes an office desk with computer hook-ups. The galley is equipped with full-sized appliances, including a 24-cubic-foot side-by-side refrigerator, smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher and 27" stacked washer/dryer.
The built-in dining table seats eight. Professionally decorated throughout, Emerald Star’s inviting salon provides the added accommodation of a sleeper sofa, bringing the sleeping capacity to 10. The media center includes a 36" TV/VCR with local satellite service, as well as Bose AM10 Surround Sound Speaker Package.
Emerald Star’s top deck was made for entertaining, whether you and your friends are relaxing on the premium outdoor chairs and chaises, soaking in the hot tub or grilling something delicious on the built-in grill. The large octagonal bar is located under a 24' party top. And everyone will want to make a splash with the water slide.
