Admiral

The Admiral houseboats are the largest in the fleet and will sleep up to 14 people. They feature a full kitchen, six private bedrooms, two full baths, central heat and air. These boats have fly bridges, canopies, sun decks, and slides. All boats are equipped with a gas grill, cooler and deck tables and chairs. The boats have all of the eating and cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender and TV/VCR.

Reservation Policy

All houseboats require a $500.00 deposit to be paid by check or credit card within seven days of making reservation. This deposit becomes the damage deposit upon arrival and is refunded when boat is returned after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Holmes Bend Marina & Resort requires a 45-day notice of cancellation for a 75% refund of deposit. They hold 25% for marketing and processing fees. Any cancellation within 45 days of rental will forfeit deposit. Holmes Bend does honor deposits if boat is rebooked within calendar year.
