Holiday Harbor has an extensive houseboat rental fleet with a variety of floor models to accommodate a cozy weekend trip for two or a generous party of 18. The Toy Box Rental Center, located at Holiday Harbor offers recreational boats and towables to complement your houseboat vacation. The Toy Box also features Parasailing. Experience Shasta Lake like never before by gliding high above the water taking in the scenic beauty. Carve some wakes on personal watercraft or bust a move on water skis. At Shasta Lake, you can enjoy fishing year-round including salmon, rainbow trout, brown trout, catfish and tournament-size bass.
Holiday Harbor also boasts a secluded RV Park with full hook-ups, a full service Marine Center and gas dock, private boat moorage and full service store and gift shop. Cancellation Policy
You will have 7 days to cancel your reservation from the date the rental deposit was collected to be able to receive the full amount of the rental deposit back. After the 7 days and you need to cancel you will lose 50% of the rental deposit.
If you were to cancel after your final payment date (45 days off-season or 60 days Value Week/Summer Season prior to departure) you will lose 100% of the rental deposit.
Once you have paid in full you are considered locked into your reservation. Should you need to cancel and have no interested parties, pleas contact Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina to see if they can re-rent your houseboat. If Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina is able to re-rent your houseboat you will receive all of your rental back minus 50% of your rental deposit.
You must email, fax or mail Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina a request to cancel. Once Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina receives the cancellation request, they will credit any monies owed to you.
